As you look for your future home, staying on top of search results is hard. And often messy. I built Domov for me and my partner when we were drowning in Rightmove links in our WhatsApp. With Domov, you share a property link — and get its structured details in Google Sheet or Excel within seconds.
How this started
We were looking for a flat to buy in London. Within a few weeks we had hundreds of links scattered across WhatsApp, browser tabs, and half-finished spreadsheets. We couldn't remember which ones we'd seen, which ones we liked, or what the asking price had been last week. Standing up to the challenge, I did what developers do — I built something. Initially just for the two of us: share a link to the app, and within seconds every detail about the property appeared in a formatted row in our shared Google Sheet, with a photo, the price, the address, the number of rooms — everything that matters.

Suddenly the search felt manageable. We actually enjoyed it. When we found our home and the search was over, I looked around and realised no public tool did this. So I improved it and made it available to others.

You paste or share a property link. Domov uses AI to find and organise information about that property from publicly available sources. You decide what you want to import and save: price, fees, how is the water heated, council tax band, any mention of neighbours. Domov then writes it as a structured row — with a photo thumbnail — directly into your Google Sheet or OneDrive Excel file. Finally, you can add your own notes, rating or viewing dates in free columns.

Track exactly what matters to you
When you set up your spreadsheet in the Domov wizard, you choose which fields to extract. Bedrooms, bathrooms, service charge, whether there's parking, who the flatmates would be — whatever you care about. The AI will look for those specific things and put them in your sheet.

The information about every flat, house, studio, and room goes directly into your spreadsheet — not ours. If you stop using Domov tomorrow, everything you gathered is still there, in your Google Drive or OneDrive, exactly as you left it. That will never change. This started as a personal project and I keep that ethos.
A note on the AI
The AI layer is what saves the time. Without it, you'd still be copying asking prices and floor sizes by hand. With it, the information arrives structured, labelled, and ready. That intelligence does cost something to run — which is reflected in the pricing — but it is also what makes the whole thing worth using.
What Domov won't do
Sometimes information simply isn't available on the internet — the ground rent, whether there's a parking space, the current chain situation. Domov will not invent an answer. It will tell you the field is unavailable. Occasionally it can triangulate details that don't appear on the listing itself, but the rule is: if we don't know, we say so.
Pricing
Domov is a small personal project, not a venture-backed product. The pricing covers AI costs and the time spent building and maintaining it. You get a few free uses to try it properly before deciding.

I'm Stepan. I built Domov because I needed it. I'm based in London and originally from the Czech Republic — hence the name: „domov“ means home in Czech. I maintain this alongside other work. If something breaks or you have a suggestion, I want to hear it.
